Healthy Sprouts And Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber - 1 (peeled and sliced)
  • Tomato - 1 (sliced finely)
  • Capsicum - 1 (chopped into medium pieces without seeds)
  • Cabbage - 1 cup (Chopped into 1 inch pieces)
  • Salt - little
  • Curd - 2 tsps.


Method:

  • Clean and chop all the vegetables into big pieces.
  • Mix all the vegetables with sprouts and salt.
  • Sprinkle the curd and serve the healthy salad.
