Ingredients: 

  • Puffed Rice - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Water - little for mixing 


Method:

  • Grind the puffed rice into a fine powder using a mixer.
  • Similarly, grind the sugar into a fine powder.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice powder, sugar powder, and a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Gradually sprinkle a little water and mix well until the mixture becomes firm and holds its shape.
  • Flatten the mixture onto a plate and let it set for a while.
  • Once firm, cut into desired shapes and serve.
