Adai is a traditional South Indian pancake made with a mixture of lentils and rice, often spiced with chilies, herbs, and other seasonings. Red Rice Adai is a nutritious twist on the classic adai recipe, using red rice as the base instead of white rice. Red rice is rich in fiber, iron, and antioxidants, making it a healthier option while retaining the signature crispy texture and robust flavor of adai.
Red Rice Adai is a wholesome, protein-packed dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is not only filling but also brimming with nutrition, making it a great option for those looking for a healthier, traditional South Indian meal.
