Cauliflower Curry

This simple and traditional South Indian cauliflower curry is a perfect accompaniment to steamed rice and a versatile option for a light meal. It is mildly spiced, making it an ideal dish for children as it does not contain any chili. The subtle flavors and aromatic tempering enhance the natural taste of the cauliflower, resulting in a comforting curry suitable for all age groups. If you prefer a spicier version, a teaspoon of chili powder can be added while frying the cauliflower to suit your palate.

Pair this curry with sambar rice or rasam rice for a comforting South Indian meal.

It can also complement light lentil-based dishes like paruppu sadam (dal rice).
